What age should I start my child in Sunday School?

We begin Sunday School class at age 3 years (must be fully potty trained)  until the 6th grade.

How are the classes broken up?

Each class is within it's own grade. We offer a Nursery, Pre K, Kindergarten, grade 1 ,2 ,3, 4, 5, and 6.

What if my child is in an older grade can they still come to Sunday School?

Absolutely, it's never too late to start. Speak to the Director and proper placement will be made. Children up to grade 6 will be placed in the same grade they are in.

What grade is 1st Holy Communion?

1st Communion is received in May of the 4th grade. Instruction is given in Sunday School during the year and in late April during 2 classes, 3 hours long each by the Pastor.

What if my child is older than 4th grade and never received Holy Communion?

Depending on your child's age either they can receive in May with the class, or complete individualized instruction and receive on any given Sunday throughout the year. Contact director for details.
